Ingredients |

Yam Moo Yang
500 pork (2 cups) grilled rare, slice thin
3-4 lettuce plants
1 mint leaves
10-20 hot chillies
10 garlic cloves
| Seasoning |
3 tablespoons Squidbrand fish sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
thinly sliced red spur chillies for garnishing |

1. Mix garlic, hot chillies, fish sauce, lemon juice, and sugar, seasoning to obtain a spicy and toss with pork, onions, and cucumber, place on serving platterm and garnish with coriander and sliced chiliies.
2. In another waym arrange the meat, onions, and mint leaves separately on the platter with the chilli saucer in a bowl in the center. The meat, vegetables, and sauce are then mixed at table.
